For Sunday August 16th, 2026
This evening may we sit for all those affected by the earthquakes in Indonesia.
May courage, fortitude, and God's will be done.
With reverence,
Richard

For Sunday August 9th, 2026
Hello lovely people. We all eventually leave this world behind, and everything in it. Oddly, that's the same situation which is recommended for meditation while we're living. To surrender everything we know and think about ourselves and the world, in order to discover what else exists, has been suggested since the ancients.
How difficult can it be? Let's find out.
May we sit this Sunday in complete surrender of ourselves. Don't worry, it's only for a little time. And if we do it right, maybe a little out-of-time. I'm told it can be life changing, in all the best ways.
With reverence for all,
Richard

For Sunday August 2nd, 2026
Hello, and gracious greetings to all. The spiritual transformation of humanity is not a simple thing. There are those who cling desperately to their personal desires of lust and power, knowing little of anything else. Those who foresee a more spiritual, heart-centered version of humanity may feel a level of frustration over this.
The fact is that the majority of people learn slowly, often by way of difficulties. This is their chosen path according to their free will. An integral part of living more spiritually is to have reverence for the paths of others.
So, this evening, may we sit as observers. May our own personal frailties be merely whispers of wind which arise then pass on by, un-grasped at. May we find an inner peace which helps us to allow all others to have their chosen paths.
Reverently submitted,
Richard
