Hello everyone, following the advice of Eileen Lindsay I'm reposting the meditation which was so late last week. It's worth a try, eh?

In the grand picture we wish for the enlightenment of humanity. In the immediate picture we wish for a spiritual upgrade of ourselves. As with so many things, the two are one and the same.

 
There is no way to separate an upgrade of ourselves from that of humanity. We are a piece of that humanity. Each time we say a kind word, share an honest smile, or reach out in compassion to someone in dis-ease, we do our part to enlighten all. It's that simple.

 
May we sit this evening for the forbearance to continue our own spiritual unfoldment amongst the many distractions of life. The end result will be worth it, and perhaps the immediate too.

For Sunday August 17th, 2025

Hello, gorgeous seekers. During this transitionary period it well behooves us to see all people equally, which is not always easy. So, here's a thought to assist us with connecting: whenever you meet someone you are not meeting a person with opinions, viewpoints, emotions, and attitudes. You are meeting a human soul who is having that experience.

It's a difficult thing they've chosen to do. They've chosen it as a learning experience, which will last an entire lifetime for heaven's sake. Therefore, for having such courage, they are very deserving of your love.

May we sit this Sunday with the understanding that everyone is having their own experience, and doing so in a difficult time. And, by the way, you are deserving of your love too. In such a difficult time as this, thank you for being here.

Hello beautiful bringers of Light. We can spend a lot of time chasing after the peripheral results of spiritual enlightenment; psychic phenomenon, bilocation, the 'clairs', and any number of things. However, we're also told that we are our greatest teachers. How does this occur?

As explained in the included video, it's in the small nudges we get, sometimes on a daily basis. We have to learn to discern the difference between our psychological whims and our intuitive nudges. It's not always easy but is worth exploring.

May we sit this Sunday being aware of ourselves, again. May we find our way through our foibles. May we progress intuitively and with grace.

For Sunday August 3rd, 2025

Hello again, earthly travelers. We're told the reason we lost immediate contact with Source is because we began thinking. Thinking is a process of bringing up past experiences, often in an effort to look forward, thereby creating the construct of time and space.

 
Neither the past nor the future is of the now, and now is the realm of Source.

For us to reconnect with Source we must set aside our impulse to think which is not easy for us, but is worth the effort. It's part of fulfilling the ancient prophecy, "As Above, So Below."

This evening, may we sit once more toward recognizing the process of thought. May we see it clearly enough to set it aside and find our truer selves.
