Hello, beautiful souls. Once in a while I hit upon something which registers with people. It has been suggested that I repeat this one occasionally. So here it is: 

In the grand picture we wish for the enlightenment of humanity. In the immediate picture we wish for a spiritual upgrade of ourselves. As with so many things, the two are one and the same.

 
There is no way to separate an upgrade of ourselves from that of humanity. We are a piece of that humanity. Each time we say a kind word, share an honest smile, or reach out in compassion to someone in dis-ease, we do our part to enlighten all. It's that simple.

 
May we sit this evening for the forbearance to continue our own spiritual unfoldment amongst the many distractions of life. The end result will be worth it, and perhaps the immediate too.

Hello again, beautiful people. We each have our individual parts to play in this amazing and difficult transition from worldly, material consciousness to heart-centered spiritual awareness. Every piece of the puzzle matters.

 
Spiritually, the path is more important than the destination. So it's not only the fullness of your life which matters, it's every piece of your life.

May we sit this even to know what the next right thing, the next loving thing, is for us to attend to. Each may be different. Each is essential. Each one is part of the whole. May we apply ourselves to the fullness of our lives.

For Sunday September 14th, 2025

Hello again to all in this beautiful and troubled world. Those who are attached to external power continue to cling ever tighter to various methods of control; narration, intimidation, and actual violence. But, if you trust in the intelligence of the heart, you are encouraged to take a breath, relax, and observe.

 
We are told there will be atrocities; "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven." The question we're left with is, where do we put our energies? There are a variety of answers, all individual.

Speaking truth to power with clarity; Ho'oponopono; prayer and meditation; and simply observing without internal comment are all available and effective in their ways.

May we sit this evening to find our personal responses to the difficulties of this world. May we be guided by compassionate intelligence. May we find the strength and courage to face the world as it is and move ourselves forward.

Hello, beautiful people. As we know, when we touch someone's hand honestly from the heart, or connect through the eyes, we are transforming something from the spiritual into the material of this world.

 
Such manifestations change the world. It is the alchemy of the heart.

May we sit this Sunday being aware of the beauty which can be brought forth, another piece of 'As Above, So Below' come true.
