A gracious good day to all. We all have our parts to play in this world. The spiritual transition will unfold as needed. And, that transition will be affected by how we each play our parts.

Looking at the grand scheme of the entire universe, and beyond, our individual attitudes appear far less than miniscule, yet they have an effect.

May we sit this evening with honest awareness of our own minds, our own hearts, how we move through the world. We are tiny, but not nothing. May we add our absolute best to the present, and for the future.

Hello to all. Anwar Sadat was president of Egypt from 1970 until his assassination in 1981. He had an NDE, according to Tom Sawyer, and began making changes to Egyptian politics and society which were intolerable to the typical mid-eastern mindset of the time. Behind all the political machinations, it was that intolerance of taking care of the vulnerable and allowing women to be educated which drove his assassination.

We face a similar situation today. Some politicians are depending upon intolerance of societal changes to drive their careers.

 
In a time of magnified division it's important to maintain connections, which can be very difficult. You are being asked, spiritually, to treat people you may find abhorrent and/or disgusting ...to treat them lovingly, with reverence and respect. You are not being asked to agree. You are being asked to see their highest self behind their opinions and conditioning.

 
May we sit this Sunday to see our highest selves at work. May we set aside our own opinions and conditioning. May we see the Light working through us. May we bring some brightness to our days.

Hello to all on this beautifully warming spring day. Love is an active orientation toward others, an action which affirms both them and ourselves. In fact, if we can have deep respect and acceptance of another's human foibles we can more easily avoid the negative consequences so typical of adversarial moments in our relationships.

Where Eros is a possessive form of love based on desirable attributes in another, Agape` is the active affirmation of someone even in spite of their negative attributes.

May we sit this evening being aware of the power of Agape` to change lives, to bring connection, to enhance the world in which we live.

Greetings to all of you on this beautiful day. We are told each soul is a portion of the Divine, and that portion is the psychic or soul force which seeks expression within the material plane. The beauty, love, patience, hope, artistry, and long suffering inside each of us are all attributes of those psychic forces or soul forces, pushing to get out.

Meaning – diversity is an essential element of the original design. We all have our role to play.

May we sit this evening with the awareness that everyone is essential. All are loved and needed. And, the world awaits our joining.

Hello, and an excellent day to all. Laughter is underrated, sidelined to sitcom laugh tracks, kid's shows, and comedy clubs; its usefulness as a cleanser is easily missed.

A quick look at the evening news will show how much we need cleansing. Why cleansing? Because we have far to go before attaining Oneness. To get there, there is serious work ahead.

A light-hearted attitude is essential, but not enough to get the job done. When you are Light-hearted you will do the much needed serious work far better.

Laughter yoga groups abound, somewhere below the general public radar. They are cleansers of human fear and anxiety. Laugh each day, even if you don't feel like it – especially if you don't feel like it. If you get a belly-ache from time to time, all the better. Laughter can lead to crying and yawning, both excellent cleansers as well, and can leave you more energetically free.

May we sit this evening with a smile. May this 'secret weapon' cleanse our attitudes. May these new attitudes bring us internal peace from which to do our work.
